Job summary

The Neiders Company in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Floating Leasing Agent to drive leasing traffic, conduct engaging property tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants from initial inquiry through to move‑in across multiple communities.

You will travel between assigned properties daily, manage follow‑ups, respond to inquiries promptly, and collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or relevant customer service experience preferred; multifamily housing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred; willingness and ability to learn company policies.

Responsibilities

• Generate leasing traffic through timely lead responses, outbound follow‑up, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours, identify prospect needs, explain features and pricing, and secure leases.
• Own the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, approval, lease signing, and move‑in coordination.
• Support rent collection and maintenance coordination as part of leasing operations.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to prospects, residents, and team members.
