Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support multiple properties across the designated market. You will lease apartments, sell property services, and provide outstanding resident service while traveling between properties.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction. You will collaborate with teams, follow housing standards, and manage lease documentation and renewals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• 1+ years of leasing or 1+ years of B2B selling desirable.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and ability to use computer.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties, products and services per budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and major competition; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files with all documents.
• Ensure leased apartment condition before move-in; conduct final inspection with resident.
• Follow up with residents during lease terms and coordinate renewals.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address needs.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
