Responsibilities include managing tours, handling leads, and coordinating leasing documents, with emphasis on excellent service and compliance with housing laws. This role may involve evenings and weekend events and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if driving.
• English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential's brand to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue with a focus on customer experience.
• Manage tours and the sales process from start to finish.
• Coordinate onsite presence across assigned properties and manage tour schedules.
• Use CRM to manage leads, resident relations, and required tasks.
• Support resident events and leasing document preparation.
