Job summary

Vivmark Residential in San Francisco, CA seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our communities and achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will manage tours, engage prospects, and deliver exceptional customer service across assigned properties.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll utilize proven sales techniques, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure a seamless resident experience. Availability for weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote brand and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in time management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates tour schedules and onsite presence at assigned properties.
• Manages leads and customer experiences using the CRM.
• Completes CRM tasks within required timeframes.
• Promotes communities based on resident needs.
• Assists with tour scheduling and path optimization.
• Maintains knowledge of community offerings and market trends.
• Supports marketing efforts and resident events.
