Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Facilities Manager (Soft Services) to oversee multi-site operations in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. You will manage janitorial, pest control, waste and landscaping while ensuring contract compliance and quality through regular vendor reviews.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities/soft services with contract oversight, a valid driver's license, and 24/7 on-call capability for snow/ice emergencies. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management or soft services with vendor/contract oversight.
• Experience at Class A offices, industrial facilities, or airport properties.
• REAL ID compliant for site access.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for Portland/Vancouver travel.
• 24/7 on-call snow/ice response required.
• OSHA safety awareness and CMMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary client contact for soft services at multiple sites.
• Oversees janitorial, pest control, waste and landscaping contracts; performs vendor reviews.
• Maintains detailed documentation for government account requirements and budgets.
• Drives rebids, evaluates proposals, negotiates terms, and onboards new providers.
• Manages projects from small improvements to large-scale initiatives across sites.
• Responds to 24/7 on-call emergencies and coordinates onsite response.
