Job summary

JLL in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR seeks a Soft Services Manager to own a diverse portfolio of industrial facilities, Class A offices, and an airport hangar. You will oversee janitorial, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and snow removal, coordinating third‑party vendors and ensuring contract compliance.

Daily travel between sites in your personal vehicle, 24/7 on‑call for snow events, and cross‑functional collaboration with teams define this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or soft services management experience with vendor oversight.
• Experience managing services at Class A office, industrial facilities, or airport properties.
• Proficiency with facility management software or CMMS and MS Office.
