Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Soft Services Lead for the Corvallis campus to direct the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, including janitorial, waste, mail, pest control, and landscaping, across a major facility.

You will own supplier relationships, manage budgets, and ensure safety and service quality while partnering with Facilities, EHS, Security, and Workplace teams to meet CREWS standards and site goals. On-site role requiring 3+ years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of 3rd party commercial facilities management, workplace experience services, corporate hospitality, property operations, supplier management, or related field.
• Experience managing service providers and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of customer-facing workplace services and service-quality expectations.
• Experience working with budgets, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, work-order systems, and operational reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and performance of soft services across the Corvallis site.
• Own staffing and quality for janitorial, waste, mail, pest control, landscaping, and more.
• Define and measure service delivery standards; act as escalation point.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Engineering, EHS, Security and partners.
• Manage relationships with suppliers; set expectations on staffing, cost, and quality.
• Conduct inspections, audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify recurring gaps and drive sustainable fixes.
• Support budgets and forecasting for soft services.
• Maintain operating procedures and service records.
• Ensure compliance with CREWS, EHS, site procedures.
• Provide reporting on performance, risks, and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements and automation opportunities.
