Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience with CMMS or work-order platforms; Corrigo experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regularly within DC/MD/VA portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily facilities operations across assigned sites in DC metro area.
• Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related requests; coordinate vendors and landlords.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Manage work orders within Corrigo from intake to completion; prioritize and close.
• Support preventive maintenance, office moves, openings/closures, and portfolio changes.
• Monitor vendor and landlord performance and escalate unresolved issues.
