Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to support multi-site operations with a remote-first model focused in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. You will coordinate vendor services, monitor work orders in CMMS, and help ensure safety standards and client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving as you work with account teams, review invoices, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or a related field.
• Experience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms for work order management.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations across assigned districts in remote model.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for janitorial, landscaping, waste, snow, and general services.
• Monitor CMMS/Corrigo to track work orders, metrics, and SLA performance.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships through proactive communication.
• Review vendor performance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review, reconcile, and approve vendor invoices and ensure timely closeout.
