Job summary

JLL is seeking a Soft Services Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR area. You will oversee janitorial, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and snow removal across sites, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities or soft services management, strong vendor relations, and experience with government-account standards. Travel between sites is expected, with on-call duties for snow/ice events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or soft services management with vendor and contract oversight responsibilities.
• Experience managing services at Class A office buildings, industrial facilities, or airport properties.
• REAL ID compliant identification required for site access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software or CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for all soft services operations across multiple sites, building trusted relationships.
• Oversee all soft services contracts including janitorial, pest control, waste management, and landscaping, with vendor performance reviews.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards in accordance with government account requirements and budget tracking.
• Drive the rebidding process for expiring contracts, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and onboard new service providers.
• Manage projects from small improvements to large-scale initiatives, coordinating timelines and budgets.
• Respond to 24/7 on-call snow and ice emergencies, coordinating onsite responses as needed.
• Travel daily between multiple sites to conduct inspections and maintain relationships with teams and vendors.
