• Conduct regular facility inspections, safety tours, and equipment checks to verify condition and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work for subordinate teams and communicate project status to occupants.
• Manage vendor relationships through regular meetings and ensure closure of service issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain records including hours, budgets, inventory, and site reports; assist with budgets and financial tasks.
