Job summary

Cumulus Media in Nashville, TN seeks a driven Multimedia Account Executive to develop new business and build client relationships across audio, digital, and event platforms. You’ll deliver tailored advertising solutions to help clients meet revenue goals and tap into Titans Radio audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social and mobile.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking and client meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, experiential, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop multimedia strategies integrating branding and performance objectives.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas ($500K–$750K) through proactive engagement.
• Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions for client goals.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to meet client objectives and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
