Job summary

You will manage CRM pipelines, conduct needs analyses, and present integrated solutions to clients, with travel required for meetings and events in the market.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience required; broadcast, media or digital advertising experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and regular travel to meet clients and attend events.
• Passion for developing new business relationships and presenting opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Digitally savvy with MS Office, social platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local and regional businesses.
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking, cold calling, referrals and meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital and events.
• Drive digital revenue through Cumulus digital assets (streaming, web, social).</br>Develop integrated, multi-platform sales presentations; negotiate and close.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through proactive engagement.
• Deliver presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions aligned to client goals.
• Apply consultative selling to maximize cross-channel opportunities.
• Plan and implement initiatives to meet revenue targets and corporate directives.
• Invest in personal development and understanding of company products and services.
