Job summary

Cumulus Media, a leading audio-first media company, is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with local and regional businesses, protect and grow revenue, and develop new opportunities.

You will present integrated marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events, negotiate deals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while representing the full suite of products to drive client success. Experience with CRM and data-driven campaigns preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Strong lead generation and ability to build a sales funnel.
• Excellent communication and self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify client goals and develop customized marketing solutions.
• Present multi-platform sales proposals including broadcast, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline and regular reporting.
• Stay informed on Cumulus assets and opportunities.
• Travel to meet clients and attend events.
