Job summary

Cumulus Media in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to manage local and regional client relationships, grow revenue, and provide marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.

You will develop a deep understanding of client goals, create customized campaigns, and negotiate/close deals while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in outside sales and new business development.
• Ability to present sales opportunities to clients.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs by understanding goals, processes and market trends to develop customized marketing solutions.
• Deliver and develop marketing solutions via multi-platform presentations including broadcast, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.
• Learn and grow product knowledge across Cumulus assets to stay current with opportunities.
• Present the full suite of products and services to clients, including digital assets, internet marketing, social media, streaming and events.
• Manage time to maximize revenue opportunities and fulfill sales agreements; assist in crafting messaging.
• Prospect and build a full pipeline through networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals.
• Follow procedures for orders, billing issues, reporting and forecasts.
• Collaborate to capitalize on opportunities and represent our brand.
