Job summary

Cumulus Media, Buffalo, NY, is seeking an energetic Multi-Media Advertising Account Executive to grow revenue from a diverse client base. You will identify client needs, craft multi-platform campaigns, and close deals across broadcast, digital, and events.

You will build a strong pipeline, negotiate effectively, and learn our product suite to stay ahead in a dynamic market. On-site role with opportunities for commissions and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience required or preferred; background in broadcast, media or digital advertising sales is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs by understanding goals, objectives and processes and develop customized marketing solutions.
• Deliver and develop marketing solutions via multi-platform presentations including broadcast, digital and events.
• Negotiate and close business to drive revenue and foster long-term client relationships.
• Understand Cumulus Media assets and stay current with advertising opportunities for clients.
• Represent full product suite including digital assets, internet marketing, social media, streaming and events.
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and assist in creative messaging across platforms.
• Prospect aggressively to maintain a full pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
• Prepare orders, resolve billing issues, and report on sales activity, forecasts and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate to represent our brand and help clients achieve success.
