Townsquare Media Group is hiring an Account Executive in Odessa/Midland, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business with new and existing clients, offering broadcast, digital, and event sponsorship solutions.

You’ll drive consultative sales, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing strategies and campaigns. Local market knowledge and a proven sales record are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
