Job summary

Townsquare Media Group, based in Lawton, OK and Wichita Falls, TX, seeks a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive local business growth. This full-time, in-office role focuses on relationships, needs assessments, and delivering tailored advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and programmatic channels.

You'll work with leadership to meet goals, enjoy uncapped earning potential, and benefit from a supportive environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales (required).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
