Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring an Account Executive in Lubbock, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.

You will sell across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, with opportunities for cross-selling and growth within a fast-paced, multi-media organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
