Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive to join our in-office sales team in Texas. This role focuses on consultative selling across our broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships to help local businesses grow.

You'll prospect, qualify, and close new business, conduct needs assessments, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
