Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in San Angelo, TX seeks a Multi-Media Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role. You will own a book of business, bring in new clients, and nurture long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and sponsorship programs.

You should have 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of hitting targets, strong presentation and communication skills, and a drive to grow with a fast-moving, local media company that offers uncapped earning potential and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
• BA/BS degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
