Job summary

Townsquare Media is hiring Account Executives in Lawton, OK and Wichita Falls, TX. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building a book of business, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term relationships.

You’ll work with a broad portfolio—from broadcast to digital and events—and collaborate with internal teams to drive campaigns. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a proven sales record, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed targets.
