Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive for an in-office role in Odessa, TX. You will drive revenue by selling broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships to local businesses, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales, a proven track record of meeting goals, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience is required.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
BA/BS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
