Velara Brands is seeking a remote customer support specialist who speaks Italian, Spanish and English to be the voice of our fashion and lifestyle brands. You will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and guide them through orders with care.

In a small, remote-first team, you’ll use Gorgias and AI tools to handle orders, shipping, returns, and product issues end to end, ensuring a seamless ecommerce experience for our diverse customer base.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English (C1+).
• Experience with Gorgias and ecommerce customer support.
• Autonomous, customer-minded and comfortable with AI tools.

Mansioni

• You will be the voice for our brands, handling customer conversations in Italian, Spanish, and English.
• You will resolve order, shipping, returns, and product issues end to end.
