Job summary
Integrated Language Solutions is seeking a remote Field Inbound Sales & Support specialist to help growth in international markets. You will field inbound sales and support inquiries for your designated country and website marketplace, assist prospects with product questions, and ensure customers choose the right equipment.
You will provide Level 1 technical support, translate and create Help Desk content in the local language, and collaborate with sales and support teams to drive business
Qualifications
- Must be multilingual: fluent in English and local language of designated country.
- Own home office or remote workspace with stable internet.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in every language.
- Experience with CRM and remote customer service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound sales, support calls, chats, and emails for designated country.
- Provide product guidance and identify appropriate equipment for customer needs.
- Deliver Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting.
- Translate product manuals, FAQ pages, and troubleshooting content.
- Create and record Help Desk videos in local language.
- Coordinate shipping attention and contact customers on product compatibility when needed.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to drive business development.
