Job summary

Genesco Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Remote Customer Support Specialist I to deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, SMS, and email. You will handle orders, promotions, shipments, and returns while building strong customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

You will meet performance metrics and act as a brand ambassador, using coaching and training to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Fluent in English with strong typing skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting performance expectations.
• Proficiency in learning and using new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, SMS, and email about orders, promotions, shipments, product details, and returns.
