Wayfair is seeking a Spanish Customer Support Representative to work remotely from home. You will respond to inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers, resolve order-related issues, and provide empathetic, accurate problem resolution.

This role requires excellent communication, multitasking across browsers and tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will document interactions, aim for high satisfaction, meet efficiency metrics, and enjoy benefits

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25Mbps down, 5Mbps up).
• Personal computer with Windows Home or equivalent and peripherals provided by Wayfair.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules.
• Previous customer-service or call-center experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound phone, chat, and e‑mail inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers.
• Resolve order-related issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, and notifications.
• Provide active listening, empathy, and accurate problem resolution without pre-written scripts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet efficiency metrics.
• Document customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Multitask across multiple browsers, tabs, and tools to answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Spanish and English

Formação académica

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred
