Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a flexible Floater to support multiple departments and branches in the Charlotte area. The role involves handling mail, documents, and office supplies, with travel to various locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will multitask, adapt quickly, and bring a reliable, can-do attitude with experience in mail services and proficient Microsoft Office skills. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site duties and travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years Mail Services experience preferred.
• 1–3 years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all materials in the Mail Center from receipt to delivery.
• Use tracking equipment to record mail through delivery process.
• Scan mail, save as PDF, and route to recipients.
• Deliver, pickup, transport materials between departments.
• Inspect deliveries for suspicious items and operate company vehicle.
• Provide customer service via calls.
• Travel to support all assigned work locations.
