Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years in Mail Services or related experience preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle all materials in the Mail Center including receipt, processing, and delivery.
• Use package tracking equipment to log receipts and deliveries.
• Process digital mail: scan, save as PDF, email, and follow up as needed.
• Deliver and transport items between departments and to/from locations.
• Deliver office supplies and copy paper.
• Inspect deliveries for suspicious items; operate company vehicle as needed.
• Answer calls and provide customer service; pick up outbound packages.
• Sort items per established methods and prepare items for processing or shipment.
• Record activity data and maintain records; follow safety procedures at all times.
• Travel to support multiple work locations as required by management.
