Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community in Portland, OR (Deveraux Glen). You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, leasing, budgets, and resident relations, while leading on-site staff to deliver a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community in a market-ready state and deliver high-level service.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and renewals.
• Support resident relations and ensure superior customer service to drive renewals and profitability.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic to evaluate leasing performance.
• Model Cushman & Wakefield mission in daily operations.
• Manage on-site team and ensure policy compliance.
