Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for multifamily communities. The role focuses on keeping properties market-ready, delivering high service levels, and building high-performing on-site teams.

You will support the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations. The position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and effective coordination with leasing staff to meet marketing goals and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required
• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with maintenance, capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, marketing, and revenue optimization.
• Maintain residents' files in accordance with company standards.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the on-site team and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies.
