Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Multifamily communities in Augusta. You will help run daily operations, coordinate maintenance, budgeting, forecasting and marketing, ensuring a market-ready, high-service environment for residents.

You will lead on-site teams, model Cushman & Wakefield's mission, maintain resident files, support lease administration and renewals, and help drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of community in a fast-paced environment
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, ...
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic
• Assist on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies followed
• Maintain on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, coaching
• Maintain residents' files per company standards
• Maintain a positive living environment for residents
• Manage overall community budget and finances
• Work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals
