Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community to meet market-ready standards.
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and vendor management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork and track advertising/traffic.
• Support on-site team with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures.
