Cushman & Wakefield Denver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for multifamily communities. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, forecasting, and reporting.

You will lead on-site staff to maintain market-ready properties and deliver exceptional resident service across multiple properties. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in property management, strong communication, and leasing experience, with a preference for a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED acceptable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market-ready communities and a high level of service at all times.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Oversee on-site team, interview/hire and coach staff, and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage resident files and a positive living environment; resolve conflicts promptly.
