Cushman & Wakefield in The Crawford invites an Assistant Property Manager to maintain our multifamily community at market-ready standards and deliver high-level service. You will assist the Property Manager across operations, including budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, marketing, and service contracts.

You will lead on-site teams, hire and coach staff, keep residents' files, and resolve conflicts to sustain a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including budgeting, leases, reporting, and audits.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain residents' files and lease paperwork in company standards.
• Support leasing staff to meet marketing and leasing goals.
