Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Kansas. The role supports the Property Manager to ensure market-ready operations, strong service levels, and high-performing on-site teams, driving occupancy and revenue.

You will assist with maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and reporting, while delivering exceptional resident service and supervising on-site staff to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations across maintenance, budgeting, marketing, leasing administration, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Assist leasing staff to achieve leasing/marketing goals.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure policies are followed.
• Manage the community budget and financials; track advertising and traffic.
