Job summary

The Property Manager will monitor financial performance, set rent strategies, handle renewals and delinquencies, and report to owners.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in multifamily property management.
Two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience.
Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance.
Proficiency in social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
Analyze financial statements and operational reports to inform budgeting and performance forecasting.
Maximize revenue by setting rent rates, collecting and posting rent, renewals, discounts, and managing delinquencies.
Approve and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring insurance requirements and budget coding are met.
Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.
Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
Promote resident satisfaction through timely service and proactive communication.
