Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily property. You will oversee operations, finances, and administration to meet performance goals and ensure excellent resident service.

The role includes supervising on-site staff, managing vendors, and driving occupancy and retention through leasing and marketing initiatives. The position requires at least three years in multifamily management, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements and operational reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rents, collecting and posting rent, renewals and discounts, and managing delinquencies.
• Supervise on-site team, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.
