Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a residential property in Jersey City, NJ. The role includes leading leasing, maintenance and service activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and acting as authority in the absence of the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include rent collection, reporting, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. A strong focus on team leadership and vendor coordination is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform basic to intermediate math.

Responsibilities

• Manage all collections, postings and deposits of rental payments.
• Perform evictions on delinquent residents.
• Complete financial, leasing and weekly reporting tasks.
• Handle bonds, affordable or state-mandated rent programs paperwork and reporting.
• Ensure models and leasing office are appealing and marketable.
• Maintain organized property office in absence of the manager.
