Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rents, collecting payments, and handling delinquencies.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance and budget compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing and ADA.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
• Oversee property inspections and maintenance scheduling.
• Serve as liaison to owners/investors with reports and tours.
• Maintain petty cash and perform daily bank postings.
• Utilize MRI or similar PM software for operations tracking.
