Harbor Group International is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, administrative aspects of an assigned residential property and drive performance toward budgeted targets. This role supervises on-site staff, vendors, and maintenance while ensuring resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience is a must.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance.

Responsabilités

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rent rates and managing delinquencies, including evictions.
• Review and manage service contracts, capital improvements, and maintenance schedules.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
