You will supervise on-site staff, oversee vendors, and drive leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction through proactive communication. The position emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and liaising with owners, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is needed.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is essential.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of assigned property.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendor relationships within budget.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with laws and prepare performance reports for owners.
