Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operational, financial, and administrative aspects of a residential property. You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and ensure budgeted targets for occupancy and financial performance are met.

You will develop leasing and marketing strategies based on market trends, promote resident satisfaction, and maintain compliance with applicable laws while presenting performance updates to owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and rent collection procedures.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations within approved budgets and guidelines.
• Analyze financial statements to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue: set rents, collect rents, manage renewals, and address delinquencies.
• Supervise on-site staff; hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Develop leasing/marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through timely service and communication.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Review service contracts and plan capital improvements.
• Provide updates to owners/investors and conduct property tours.
