Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager at our Hoboken multifamily community to lead daily operations, oversee on-site teams, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. You will own the numbers, the experience, and the culture, driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue.

You will oversee leasing, resident relations, vendor coordination, and financial performance while maintaining high standards of service and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of supervising two or more employees.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to work orders.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Promote property and attract residents.
• Manage budgets and rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and payroll/commissions.
