Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Property Manager for an assigned residential property. You will oversee operations, finances, and administration to meet performance goals and compliance standards.

You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and drive occupancy while maintaining high resident service levels. A strong focus on budgeting, leasing strategies, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years in multifamily property management.
• Two+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and enforcement.

Responsabilités

• Operate property within approved budgets and financial guidelines.
• Analyze financial statements to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue through rent setting, renewals, and delinquencies management.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices and ensure budget compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA requirements.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
• Resolve service requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Manage contracts, capital improvements, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and turnover processes.
• Provide updates and reports to owners/investors.
