Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned multifamily property. The role focuses on meeting budgeted targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional resident service.

The Property Manager will supervise on-site staff, coordinate with vendors, and implement leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention while maintaining safety and quality standards across

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience is a must.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned property.
• Maximize revenue by setting rent rates, collecting and posting rent, approvals and renewals, and managing delinquencies.
• Supervise on-site staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other laws.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and retention.
