Qualificações

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in multifamily property management.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements and rent collection.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze financial statements and reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rents, collecting and posting rent, and managing delinquencies.
• Oversee on-site staff, vendors, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with laws.
