Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician to service and maintain multifamily communities across Florida. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for new residents, performing routine repairs, and ensuring curb appeal across interiors and exteriors.

The role requires light carpentry and troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The position emphasizes customer service, independent work, and the ability to learn industry-leading technology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Work from check lists, schedules, service requests, and instructions.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and maintain interiors.
• Perform routine repairs including floors, walls, fixtures, doors, and appliances.
• Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance service requests with escalation as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain grounds, clean exteriors, and landscape areas.
• Assist in moving appliances and conduct move-in/out inspections.
• On-call duties nights and weekends; travel within regional portfolios.
