Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Superintendent (Multifamily) to oversee field activities, manage on-site administration and safety, and lead a team of assistants and field engineers.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating deliveries, maintaining schedules, implementing site safety programs, and ensuring quality control. A four-year degree or equivalent field experience and OSHA 30 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or 8+ years field experience in construction management
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook for project administration
• Experience with MS Project or P6 scheduling software and other PM tools
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety with First Aid/CPR certification and safety program knowledge
• Knowledge of different construction delivery methods, trades, and practices
• Strong documentation and change order processing capabilities
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Proficiency in reading plans, specs, subcontracts, and schedules

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities and supervision of project staff
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
• Maintain site logistics and safety programs
• Develop and enforce baseline and 8-week look-ahead schedules
• Prepare weekly field reports, minutes, and JHA meetings
• Mentor field engineers and assistant superintendents
• Ensure compliance with insurance, labor relations, and EEO requirements
• Lead quality control and coordination with vendors and owners
