The candidate will manage field operations, enforce quality control, and maintain project documentation while ensuring compliance with OSHA and contract requirements. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience or 8+ years field experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (P6/ MS Project) and common office tools.
• Experience supervising large construction teams and coordinating trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision and field administration for multi-million dollar projects.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and labor crews.
• Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs and quality control.
• Coordinate material deliveries, subcontracts and daily field reporting.
• Maintain baseline schedules and document delays and changes.
